Beyond 6mm

This class is designed for students who have taken Intro to Fusing and want to learn more techniques.
In Beyond 6 mm, you will learn multi layer fusing, how to construct dams and how to control your volume. 
Focus will also be on writing a firing schedule and understanding annealing cycles.

Fusing In the Round

Make your own glass plates and bowls. Design your own for your home or special occasion with our wide variety of colored sheet glass.

​In this 3 day workshop you will learn how to cut circles, fuse 2 layer pieces in a kiln, finish edges and slump final pieces. You can choose from a selection of bowl and plate molds to make up to 2 items.
​ 
In this class you will gain greater confidence and comfort with tools and working with sheet glass. You will also learn decorative applications with accessory glasses as well as safety in the studio.

The Blown Foot


​At some point every glass blower wants more than a cookie or patty foot. You want the blown foot! 


In this four hour class you will learn the steps from bubble set up, delivery, introduction of the soffietta, and the opening move. Once you get it, you've got it and it will be a reliable and elegant foot for most blown vessels. ​They are challenging yet fun and rewarding.
