Introduction to Venetian Goblets

Get ready to get Goblet Fever!
In this intermediate class you will learn traditional 
Venetian glassblowing techniques such as blown feet, stem work, mereses, small punties, and working bits.

This class is designed for those artists that have been blowing glass for at least 1 year and are serious about increasing their technical skills.

Prerequisite: Students who have completed either Glass Blowing 1B or have 1yr. experience.

Make Marbles

In this 4 hour class you will learn basic marble using soft glass. It will feature instruction and demonstration by the instructor, then coaching during the hands-on experience.

You will work with soft glass, using a rainbow of colors, to create round marbles by melting glass in the flame.  


Some flameworking experience required.
