Thank you for booking your event at BAGI!

please fill out BAGI's online WAIVER.

Parking
Once you turn onto Phelan from Senter, turn in at the second gate on the left – you’ll see our sign.  You may park for free in this lot.  If there is no parking available in that lot other parking is available, but it is pay-to-park.

Clothing

Please have your group wear cotton clothing and closed-toed, low-heeled shoes (jeans/shorts and a t-shirt works well).  If the weather is cold, suggest a sweatshirt or a jacket, as some areas can be chilly.  Please tie back long hair.

Picking up your items

Your glass pieces will need to be processed after they are made, so you won’t be able to take them home the day of your event.  They are generally available in about a week.  If you must have them sooner, please let us know and we will attempt to have them ready for you.  We will package everything together; you can come in whenever the studio is open to retrieve your items.  Your instructor should point out where to look for your box.  Due to staffing limitations we cannot mail items.

Food, Drink and other stuff
You are welcome to bring outside food/drink into the studio.  We just ask that no one drink alcohol before they play with the hot glass*.  We do provide water.  If you are planning on having a large amount of food, please let us know so that we can set up tables.
Please be prompt.  The event will start with safety information and demonstrations, so it is critical that everyone be present.
Most importantly, come ready to have fun and experience glass!

Health and Safety Cancellations
If the air quality is 150+ classes will be canceled for the health and safety of our guests and staff.
If the temperature is expected to exceed 120 in the studio classes will be canceled for the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the first day of the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the first day of event will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given with less than 72 hours notice. No refunds will be issued for "no-shows". In the event that BAGI were to cancel an event(s), a full refund for the event(s) will be issued.
