Accessing the online calendars and booking
A USERNAME and PASSWORD are required to BOOK TIME, while anyone is welcome to view the calendar. You can create your username/password by following these steps:
Some Basic Rules
- Whether booked online or by phone, cancellations must be 48 hours prior to the start of the rented slot (24 hours for the flameworking area).
- More than one qualified person must be in the studio at all times. If you intend to blow glass solo, let the staff know in the remarks section and send an email to email@example.com
Because we have a small staff, if you would like to rent a slot and do not have an alarm code you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to check if someone will be available in the studio to set up, clean up and lock up BEFORE renting the slot.
Without notifying the office before renting, there is no guarantee that your rental slot will be honored. Thank you.
