This consecutive 3-session, 9 hour class introduces you to melting soft glass with a torch to make objects, in this case beads.

You'll wind molten glass on mandrels and achieve your desired shape by using heat control and tools to manipulate the glass. You will also learn several decorative techniques using glass stringers and frit.
Vocabulary, resources, safety and tools & equipment will also be covered.
