 Glass Making Classes & WorkshopsOne of BAGI's missions is to educate the public about glass art and the community of glass artists in the Greater Bay Area. For those who are interested in learning the craft, BAGI offers beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes in glass blowing, fusing and flameworking.
BAGI prides itself in offering students an excellent learning experience. Our teacher/student ratio is 1:3, with one senior instructor and one teaching assistant for a maximum of six students per class. To Register: Either online, call 408-993-2244 or send an email to studio@bagi.org. Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard & personal checks if received 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 7 days prior to the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the first day of class will be issued a 50% refund. In the event BAGI were to cancel a class a full refund, for the class will be issued. Refund Policy: Refunds are sent within 30 days of the notice of cancellation or refund request. Liability: Students must be 9 - 13 years of age to enroll in the Kids Glassblowing. Students must be 14+ to enroll in the Adult glassblowing and/or furnace working classes. Students must be 12+ years of age for all flameworking and fusing classes. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign BAGI's liability release form.
